Returns
Glamorous Today reserves the right to not accept exchanges, For hygiene reasons, we have a very strict exchange and returns policy. We will only accept an exchange for where our customer feels the quality of the product has been compromised. In extreme circumstances, a refund may be offered. You have 3 days to notify us from the date receiving the item(s).
We do not accept returns for Wigs & eyelashes due to federal laws regarding health & sanitation.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the bundles and in the same condition that you received it. Any signs of being worn we reserve the right not to grant a refund.
Please email info@glamoroustoday.com for instructions to return your hair. We will require proof of delivery via a trackable method.
Deliveries
After your order has been verified, your hair will be delivered within 5 days.
Glamorous Today are not held responsible for any issues regarding carrier delivery problems/post office, natural disasters or any busier holiday periods.
